AI Video Production
I develop structured production pipelines built around trained models, allowing for greater consistency in model likeness, styling, poses and overall visual direction across large sets of content. The process combines carefully controlled model training with detailed prompt architecture, helping push the imagery towards a more realistic and commercially usable result. From there, the workflow moves through clean e-commerce catalogue-style shots, into more art-directed elevated e-commerce and campaign imagery, before extending the same visual world into campaign video. This creates a flexible end-to-end system for producing consistent fashion content across stills, product stories and moving image.

Turtledove London. Raffya and lilly and lionel – E-comm, campaign and video
I produce AI-generated imagery and video at scale for three fashion brands, creating seasonal content used across e-commerce and social to promote new collections. My work focuses on building realistic, commercially usable fashion visuals through detailed prompt development, trained model consistency and careful image direction. A high level of control is needed throughout the process to ensure garments retain the correct fit, shape, texture and styling, while the final imagery still feels natural, believable and aligned with each brand’s visual identity.
